Patriot Realty developed this luxury 140 unit multifamily property with 32,000 square feet of ground floor retail with completion in November 2007. The 5.6 acre site is located on Washington Boulevard less than 1 mile north of the MARC station in Laurel, Maryland. Patriot Realty managed all aspects of the predevelopment, construction oversight and lease up. Patriot Realty provided the equity capital with acquisition and construction financing provided by Chevy Chase Bank.
