 Patriot Realty developed this luxury 13-story 151 unit multifamily property with three levels of underground parking. The property is located on 1/2 acre directly across from the Metro Transit Center in Silver Spring, Maryland. Patriot Realty managed all aspects of the predevelopment and construction. Lease up was managed by Patriot Management. The project was completed in 2009, fully leased in 7 months and sold to UDR, Inc. in April 2010. Patriot Realty provided the equity with Chevy Chase Bank providing acquisition and construction financing.
