Patriot Realty acquired and renovated this 1950’s vintage 214 unit multifamily affordable housing property. The extensive tenant in place renovation encompassed a replacement of all the major building systems, including complete plumbing and electrical upgrades. Roofs, windows, kitchens and bathrooms were replaced through the course of the renovation. Patriot Realty managed all aspects of the acquisition and renovation. The financing was through DCHFA Tax Exempt Bonds and Tax Credit Equity.
