Patriot Realty acquired the land and entitled this 11 acre industrial site in Laurel Maryland into a mixed use multifamily and office site with approvals in place to build up to 1006 residential units and 140,000 square feet of office. The site is ideally located in the Central Business District of Laurel Maryland near the Laurel MARC station was sold in May 2014. Patriot Realty assembled the development team and directed or performed all aspects of the entitlement process.
